We bring you a bright and golden citrus sparkling wine fermented in stainless steel with temperature control. The process of foamability is done using the classical method with a posterior fermentation inside the bottle which allows it to make fine and persistent bubbles and acquire a fine and fruity aroma. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and with a persistent taste.

Total sugar: <2 g / L
Maturation/Stage: 12 months in the bottle.
Stored in a 60-70% humidity environment and temperatures of 15ºC.
Consumption: Consume preferably 2.5 to 3 years after degorgement. Serve at 6°C.
